Paracetamol is an analgesic-antipyretic. It has analgesic, antipyretic and mild anti-inflammatory effects. The mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, primarily affecting the thermoregulation center in the hypothalamus. The absence of influence on prostaglandin synthesis in peripheral tissues means that it has no negative effect on water-salt metabolism (sodium and water retention) and the gastrointestinal mucosa.

Caffeine stimulates the psychomotor centers of the brain, has an analeptic effect, enhances the effect of analgesics, eliminates drowsiness and fatigue, and improves physical and mental performance.

Indications
Pain syndrome (mild and moderate): headache; migraine; ossalgia; myalgia; neuralgia; arthralgia; algomenorrhea; toothache.

Symptomatic treatment of colds, flu, including febrile syndrome.
